3. You’ll seem pushy. You’ve dealt with a pushy salesperson before right? We all have and usually it doesn’t go in their favor. The added pressure (especially when dealing with a wedding) is definitely something to avoid. When dealing with potential clients, take care to maintain the balance between confident and prepared versus pushy.
A good tactic is to remain conversational. Learn about a bride’s requirements and concerns by asking questions and then offering information as to how your products or services can help. By doing so you will develop more of a relationship and sense of trust with your customers, which will boost your chances in making a sale.
