It is increasingly important to have a presence on Facebook and Twitter so that you can not only generate positive word-of-mouth about your business, but also to interact with your current and future clients in real-time and humanize your brand.

You may have noticed our new Social tab recently. We’ve created a quick and easy way for your company to ‘Go Social.’ Just log into your account, click on the Social tab, and you’ll see the Social Media Checklist. Easily post custom messages to Facebook and Twitter with the click of a button. We create pre-formatted messages for your business based on your account activity. For example, promote your recent reviews and endorsements you’ve received.

To share an activity on Facebook, follow the directions below (you must already have a Facebook account):

  1. Click on the Facebook icon next to the activity you want to share
  2. If you are already logged into your Facebook account, please click “Allow.”  If you are not logged into your Facebook account, you will be prompted to do so before you can share your activity – click “Allow.”
  3. The message will be posted as a status update (to appear on your wall and news feed)

To share an activity on Twitter, follow the directions below (you must already have a Twitter account):

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Twitter account
  2. Click on the Twitter icon next to the activity you want to share
  3. You can edit the message that appears, then click “Share”
